Verified material, structural, or electrical manufacturing defects arising during normal residential use.
Briomor 1-Year Limited Warranty
For the original Briomor retail purchaser, this Limited Warranty runs for 365 days from delivery. Proof of purchase is required and coverage is not transferable.
Remedy
For a covered claim, Briomor replaces the complete fixture without charge. If the same model is unavailable, Briomor may provide an equal-value replacement or a refund.
What is excluded
Incorrect installation or voltage, human-caused damage, drops, modification, misuse, normal wear, bulbs and other consumables, environmental corrosion, and unapproved outdoor or damp-location use.
Costs outside coverage
To the extent permitted by law, Briomor does not pay removal, installation, electrician, renovation-delay, indirect, or consequential costs. State law may provide additional rights.
Replacement coverage
A replacement carries the remainder of the original warranty or 90 days from replacement delivery, whichever is longer.
