Briomor makes reasonable efforts to present dimensions, finishes, electrical requirements, compatibility, and availability accurately. Scale Review guidance is informational and does not replace verification by a qualified installer or electrician.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An acknowledgement is not acceptance. Briomor may decline or cancel before shipment because of inventory, payment, address, pricing, compliance, or fraud-prevention issues and will refund a paid order that is not accepted.
Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes or other charges that apply are shown at checkout when required. These Terms do not represent that Briomor has completed any particular tax registration.
The Shipping Policy, Returns and Transit Damage Policy, and Briomor 1-Year Limited Warranty form part of these Terms and are available through the footer before purchase.
Fixtures must be installed and used according to instructions, verified electrical specifications, applicable codes, and location requirements. Where required, a qualified electrician must perform installation.
Briomor or its licensors own the site content. Shopify and other payment, analytics, advertising, communications, logistics, and support providers may process information under their own terms; Shopify is not the seller.
Nothing excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These Terms are governed by Hong Kong law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable where they live. No special dispute-resolution mechanism has been added.
